The FWE HLC-3W6-7H-21-DRN is a mobile electric serving counter designed for efficient hot food service. Measuring 51-1/2" in width, it features three deep wells, each measuring 12" x 20" x 6-1/2", providing ample space for a variety of dishes. The under-storage capacity accommodates up to 21 pans, each 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", with a convenient 2-5/8" spacing for easy access. Equipped with a radiant heat system, this serving cabinet ensures consistent temperature control with adjustable thermostats and individual controls for each well. The insulated design helps maintain heat, while the three flush-mounted doors provide easy access to food items. A well drain with a shut-off valve simplifies maintenance. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the FWE HLC-3W6-7H-21-DRN is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen.
