Description
The FWE HLC-5 is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. Standing at 25-3/4” high, this undercounter unit features a single insulated compartment with recessed front controls for easy access. The adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature management, while the removable stainless steel racks, spaced at 2-5/8", accommodate various pan sizes and GN containers. Constructed with a durable 20 gauge polished exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, the cabinet ensures longevity and easy maintenance. The stainless steel insulated door is equipped with heavy-duty die cast hinges for reliable operation. Mobility is enhanced with 3-1/2” all swivel casters, making it easy to reposition as needed. The FWE HLC-5 meets UL, NSF, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and IPX4 standards, ensuring safety and performance in any kitchen setting.
