Description
The FWE LCH-10 Cook-Hold Mobile Cabinet is designed for efficient food preparation and holding. This mid-size cabinet features a low air circulation heating system, ensuring even temperature distribution while maintaining food quality. With standard thermostatic controls, it operates within a temperature range of up to 350°F and includes a temperature probe for precise monitoring. The cabinet has a generous capacity, accommodating up to seven 18" x 26" sheet pans and supporting a total weight of 150 lbs. Its durable construction includes a solid stainless steel door and both stainless steel interior and exterior, providing longevity and ease of cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes for stability during transport.
