The FWE LCH-18 Cook-Hold Mobile Cabinet is designed for efficient cooking and holding, featuring a full-size capacity that accommodates up to 12 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans and supports a weight of 200 lbs. Its advanced heating system ensures low air circulation, maintaining optimal food quality. The standard thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature settings up to 350°F, and the included temperature probe enhances monitoring accuracy. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, this cabinet is built for longevity and easy cleaning. It features two solid dutch doors for easy access and is equipped with 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for smooth mobility.
