It accommodates up to seven 18" x 26" pans or fourteen 14" x 18" pans, featuring fixed racks spaced at 3" on center for optimal space utilization. The heating system ensures low air circulation, maintaining consistent temperatures within a 350°F range, easily monitored via a standard thermostatic control with an LED display. Constructed with insulated stainless steel for durability, this unit includes one flush-mounted door and three stainless steel shelves for efficient organization. It comes equipped with a temperature probe, a removable smoke drawer, and a drip tray for easy cleaning. The cabinet is mounted on 5" casters, with two rigid and two swivel casters featuring brakes for stability.
