Description
The FWE LCH-5-SK-G2 is a versatile low-temperature cook and hold smoker cabinet oven designed for mobile use. It features three pairs of tray slides, accommodating either three 18" x 26" pans or six 12" x 20" pans with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The heating system ensures low air circulation with dual-cycle automatic controls, allowing cooking temperatures up to 350°F and holding temperatures up to 200°F. The oven is equipped with an LED display for easy monitoring and is fully insulated for energy efficiency. It includes one flush-mounted door, three stainless steel shelves, a temperature probe, and a removable smoke drawer and drip tray for convenient cleaning. The durable stainless steel interior and exterior provide longevity, while the 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—facilitate mobility. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4 for added safety and reliability.
