It accommodates up to four 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" deep pans or four 1/1 GN 65mm deep pans with a fixed spacing of 2-5/8". Featuring two stainless steel shelves, this oven allows for easy organization and access to your dishes. With the capability to program up to eight recipes, it offers precise cooking temperatures up to 250°F and holding temperatures up to 200°F, ensuring your food is cooked to perfection and kept warm until serving. The LED display provides clear visibility of settings and temperatures, while the insulated design enhances energy efficiency. The flush-mounted door allows for easy access, and the included temperature probe ensures accurate cooking results. Cleanup is simplified with a removable drip pan and exterior drip tray.
