Description
The FWE MT-1220-30 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. It accommodates up to 30 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" with a fixed spacing of 2-5/8". The cabinet features a moisture-temperature system that ensures food stays at the perfect temperature and humidity level. An adjustable thermostat and individual controls allow for precise temperature management. Constructed with stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it offers durability and easy cleaning. The insulated design includes a removable water reservoir for added convenience. The cabinet is equipped with two flush-mounted doors for easy access and is mounted on 5" casters, four of which swivel and include brakes for stability. Certified by NSF, cULus, and rated IPX4 for water resistance, this heated cabinet is ideal for any food service environment.
