Description
The FWE MT-1826-14 is a mobile heated holding and humidified cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. This undercounter unit features ten adjustable tray slides spaced 4-1/2" apart, accommodating either ten 18" x 26" trays or ten 12" x 20" pans. It is equipped with two doors that include magnetic workflow door handles for easy access. The cabinet utilizes a moisture-temperature system with individual electronic controls, allowing precise adjustments for both temperature and humidity levels. An optional range thermometer is available for enhanced monitoring. The removable water reservoir simplifies maintenance, while the built-in drip trough with a removable drain plug ensures cleanliness. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet is designed for longevity and ease of cleaning.
