Description
The FWE MTU-12P is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and transport. It features a pass-thru design with 12 pair universal tray slides, accommodating either 12 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 24 half-size 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable spacing at 4-1/2" increments. The cabinet is insulated and equipped with a moisture-temperature system for precise control, ensuring food stays at the ideal temperature and humidity. Electronic controls allow for easy temperature adjustments, while a removable water reservoir simplifies maintenance. The cabinet includes two flush-mounted doors for easy access and is constructed from durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes for stability. The FWE MTU-12P meets NSF, cULus, IPX4, and ENERGY STAR® standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
