Description
The FWE MTU-5-5 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and transport. Featuring a split cavity design, it accommodates (5) pairs of universal tray slides per compartment, allowing for versatile pan configurations—up to (5) 18" x 26" or (10) 12" x 20" pans with 4-1/2" on-center spacing. The adjustable slides can be modified in 1-1/2" increments to suit various needs. This cabinet is equipped with an advanced moisture-temperature system and electronic controls for precise temperature management. The insulated construction ensures efficient heat retention, while the removable water reservoir maintains humidity levels. The dual dutch doors provide easy access, and the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with (5") casters, including (2) rigid and (2) swivel casters with brakes for stability during transport. The FWE MTU-5-5 meets NSF, cULus, and IPX4 standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
