Description
The FWE P-180-2-XL Heated Banquet Cabinet is designed for efficient food service with a mobile capacity of 150-180 covered plates, each measuring 12-3/8" in diameter. It features a Humi-temp heat and humidity system that maintains optimal food quality, complemented by an adjustable thermostat for precise temperature control. The cabinet includes three shelves and a removable humidifier pan for easy maintenance. Access is convenient with two flush-mounted doors, while the wraparound bumper and push bar handles enhance mobility and protection. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, it is equipped with 6" casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—for stable maneuverability.
