Description
The FWE P-200-2-XL Heated Banquet Cabinet is designed for efficient food service with a mobile capacity of 160-200 covered plates, each measuring 12-3/8" in diameter. It features a Humi-temp heat and humidity system that ensures optimal food temperature and moisture retention. The adjustable thermostat and recessed controls allow for precise temperature management. This cabinet includes four shelves and a removable humidifier pan for easy maintenance. The two flush-mounted doors provide convenient access, while the wraparound bumper and push bar handles enhance mobility and protection. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, both the interior and exterior are easy to clean. The unit is equipped with 6" casters, featuring two rigid and four swivel wheels with brakes for stability.
