The FWE PH-1826-7-7 is a mobile heated holding and proofing cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and preparation. This full-height unit features a split cavity design with five pairs of adjustable tray slides, spaced 4-1/2 inches on center, accommodating either five 18" x 26" pans or five 12" x 20" pans in each compartment. Equipped with two field-reversible doors that include recessed antimicrobial handles, this cabinet ensures easy access while maintaining hygiene. The built-in humidifier and individual controls for temperature and moisture allow for precise environment management, with an optional range thermometer for added convenience. The removable water reservoir simplifies maintenance, while recessed hand grips on each side enhance mobility.
