Description
The FWE PHTT-12 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficient food holding and service. It features a Clymate IQ® humidified holding system that maintains optimal temperature and humidity levels, ensuring food stays fresh and ready to serve. The cabinet accommodates up to 12 pairs of universal tray slides, with a capacity for either twelve 18" x 26" trays or twenty-four 12" x 20" trays, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency. It includes a removable water reservoir for easy maintenance and two Dutch doors for convenient access. The recessed hand grips enhance mobility, while the 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—provide stability and ease of movement.
