Description
The FWE PHTT-1826-14 Proofer Cabinet is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding. It features ten pairs of adjustable tray slides, accommodating up to ten 18" x 26" trays with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet includes a humidified holding system with individual heat and humidity controls, ensuring precise environment management. Its insulated construction and removable water reservoir enhance efficiency and ease of maintenance. The cabinet is equipped with a flush-mounted door and recessed hand grips for convenient access. Crafted from stainless steel for durability, it includes five casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for easy mobility. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4 for water resistance.
