Description
The FWE PHTT-1826-17 Proofer Cabinet is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and proofing. It features 12 pairs of adjustable tray slides, accommodating up to 12 trays measuring 18" x 26". The tray slides can be adjusted in 1-1/2" increments, providing flexibility for various food items. Equipped with a humidified holding system, this cabinet ensures consistent heat and humidity levels, thanks to individual controls for both. The insulated design and removable water reservoir enhance efficiency and ease of maintenance. The cabinet is constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning.
