Description
The FWE PHTT-1826-9 Proofer Cabinet is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding. It features six pairs of adjustable tray slides, accommodating up to six 18" x 26" trays with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet includes a humidified holding system with individual heat and humidity controls, ensuring precise conditions for your food items. Its insulated construction and removable water reservoir enhance efficiency and ease of maintenance. The cabinet is equipped with a flush-mounted door and recessed hand grips for convenient access. Crafted with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, it is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. Mobility is facilitated by five casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4 for water resistance.
