The FWE PHTT-1DR-6 is a versatile free-standing warming drawer designed for optimal food holding and humidity control. With an 18-1/2"W footprint, it features a single drawer equipped with a magnetic workflow handle, accommodating one full-size 12"x 20" pan up to 6” deep. The unit offers precise temperature control ranging from 90°F to 200°F, displayed digitally for easy monitoring. Additionally, it includes a moisture control feature with a relative humidity range of 0% to 90%, also shown on a digital display. Safety is enhanced with low water and temperature alarms. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the drawer is supported by 4" legs for stability.
