Description
The FWE PHTT-1DR-6SL is a versatile free-standing warming drawer designed for optimal food holding and humidity control. Featuring the innovative Clymate IQ® technology, this unit includes a single drawer with a magnetic workflow handle, accommodating one full-size 12"x 20" pan up to 6” deep. Temperature can be precisely controlled within a range of 90°F to 200°F, displayed digitally for easy monitoring. Additionally, the moisture control system allows for relative humidity adjustments from 0% to 90%, also with a digital display. The unit is equipped with low water and temperature alarms to ensure food safety. Constructed with durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, the warming drawer is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It stands on 4" legs for stability and ease of cleaning. The FWE PHTT-1DR-6SL is cULus and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating for water resistance, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
