Description
The FWE PHTT-2333-18-CV is a mobile proofer and heater cabinet designed for optimal performance in food preparation environments. It features the Clymate IQ® system for precise temperature and humidity control, ensuring ideal conditions for proofing and holding. The cabinet includes a removable stainless steel tray rack with fixed spacing for up to 18 donut screens, accommodating sizes of 23" x 33" or 23" x 23". Equipped with a humidified holding system, it maintains moisture levels to keep baked goods fresh. Individual heat and humidity controls allow for customized settings, while the insulated construction and removable water reservoir enhance efficiency. The cabinet is designed with two Dutch doors for easy access and a stainless steel interior and exterior for durability and easy cleaning.
