The FWE PHTT-3DR-6 is a versatile free-standing warming drawer designed for optimal food holding and humidity control. Featuring three spacious drawers, each accommodating full-size 12"x20" pans up to 6” deep, it ensures efficient organization and accessibility. The Clymate IQ® technology offers precise temperature control ranging from 90°F to 200°F, complemented by a digital display for easy monitoring. Additionally, the moisture control system allows for a relative humidity range of 0% to 90%, also displayed digitally, ensuring food retains its freshness and quality. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, this unit is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It includes low water and temperature alarms for added safety and reliability. The 4" legs provide stability and ease of cleaning, while the unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4 for water resistance.
