Description
The FWE PHTT-4 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and service. It features the advanced Clymate IQ® technology, ensuring precise temperature and humidity control. This undercounter unit accommodates up to four pairs of universal tray slides, with a capacity for either four 18" x 26" trays or eight 12" x 20" trays, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments for versatile storage options. The cabinet includes a humidified holding system that maintains food quality, while individual heat and humidity controls allow for customized settings. Its insulated design and removable water reservoir enhance efficiency and ease of use. The flush-mounted door and recessed hand grips provide a sleek appearance and convenient access. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the cabinet is equipped with 3-1/2" casters, four of which swivel and have brakes for easy mobility and stability. The FWE PHTT-4 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating for added reliability in various environments.
