Description
The FWE PHTT-6-CV is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and serving. It features Clymate IQ® technology with controlled venting to maintain ideal temperature and humidity levels. The cabinet accommodates up to six pairs of universal tray slides, allowing for flexibility with either six 18" x 26" trays or twelve 12" x 20" trays, with adjustable spacing in 1-1/2" increments. Equipped with a humidified holding system, this cabinet ensures food stays moist and fresh. Individual heat and humidity controls provide precise management of conditions inside the cabinet. The insulated design and removable water reservoir enhance efficiency and ease of maintenance. The cabinet includes a flush-mounted door with recessed hand grips for easy access. Constructed with stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, it is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. Mobility is facilitated by five-inch casters, including two rigid and two swivel casters with brakes for stability.
