Description
The FWE PHU-10 Mobile Proofer Cabinet is designed for optimal food preparation and holding. It features ten pairs of universal tray slides, accommodating either ten 18" x 26" pans or twenty 12" x 20" pans with 4-1/2" on-center spacing, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. This unit includes a humidified proofer and heating system with an adjustable thermostat and individual proofer controls for precise temperature management. The cabinet is fully insulated and equipped with a removable water reservoir for easy maintenance. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, it ensures longevity and easy cleaning. Mobility is enhanced with five-inch casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes for stability. The cabinet is UL, cUL, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.
