Description
The FWE PHU-12P is a mobile proofer cabinet designed for versatility and efficiency in food preparation. This pass-thru unit features 12 pairs of universal tray slides, accommodating either 12 full-size 18" x 26" pans or 24 half-size 12" x 20" pans with 4-1/2" on-center spacing, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The humidified proofer/heating system ensures optimal conditions for dough proofing and food warming, with an adjustable thermostat and individual proofer controls for precise temperature management. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, the cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and features a removable water reservoir for easy maintenance. The design includes two flush-mounted doors for convenient access, while the 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—allow for easy mobility. The FWE PHU-12P is UL, cUL, NSF, and ENERGY STAR® certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
