Description
The FWE PS-1220-10 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. It accommodates up to ten 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" pans with a fixed spacing of 2-5/8". The Humi-temp heat and humidity system ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise control. Features include recessed controls for easy access, an insulated design, and a removable humidifier pan for convenient maintenance. The cabinet is equipped with a flush-mounted door, push bars for easy mobility, and a wraparound bumper for added protection. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, it includes 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for stable movement. The unit is cULus, UL EPH Classified, and rated IPX4 for water resistance.
