Description
The FWE PS-1220-15 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. It accommodates up to 15 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" with a fixed spacing of 2-5/8". The Humi-temp heat and humidity system ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise control. Featuring recessed controls for safety and ease of use, this cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and includes a removable humidifier pan for easy maintenance. The design includes a flush-mounted door, push bars for mobility, and a wraparound bumper for protection. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, it also includes 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for easy maneuverability. The FWE PS-1220-15 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating for water resistance, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
