Description
The FWE PS-1220-45 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and service. It accommodates up to 45 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" with 2-5/8" fixed spacing, making it ideal for various food items. The Humi-temp heat and humidity system ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise control. Featuring recessed controls for safety and ease of use, this cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency. The removable humidifier pan simplifies maintenance. The design includes three flush-mounted doors for easy access, push bars for mobility, and a wraparound bumper to protect against damage.
