Description
The FWE PST-10 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and transport. It features a single flush-mounted door and a top-mounted circulating heat system that ensures even temperature distribution. The mechanical temperature controls allow for precise adjustments, while the stainless steel fixed pan slides accommodate up to ten 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" GN 1/1 pans, spaced at 2-5/8" on center. Constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand heavy use. Solid formed push bars and a full bumper enhance mobility, while the 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—provide stability and ease of movement.
