Description
The FWE PST-20 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. It features two flush-mounted doors and a double compartment layout, ensuring easy access and organization. The insulated construction and top-mounted circulating heat system maintain consistent temperatures, while mechanical temperature controls allow for precise adjustments. This cabinet accommodates up to twenty 12 x 20 x 2-1/2" GN 1/1 pans, supported by stainless steel fixed pan slides spaced 2-5/8" on center. Built with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, it ensures longevity and ease of cleaning. The solid formed push bars and full bumper enhance mobility, while the 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—provide stability and maneuverability. The FWE PST-20 is UL, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating for added safety and reliability.
