Description
The FWE PST-32 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and transport. It features two flush-mounted doors and a double compartment layout, ensuring easy access and organization. The top-mounted circulating heat system maintains consistent temperatures, controlled by mechanical temperature settings for precise management. Constructed with a durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22-gauge stainless steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand heavy use. It includes stainless steel fixed pan slides spaced at 2-5/8" on center, accommodating up to 32 GN 1/1 pans measuring 12 x 20 x 2-1/2". The solid formed push bars and full bumper enhance mobility, while the 5" casters—comprising two rigid and four swivel with brakes—provide stability and ease of movement. The FWE PST-32 is UL, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
