The FWE PTST-1109-78HA is a versatile meal tray delivery cabinet designed for efficient food service in correctional facilities. This unit features a heated and ambient two-section design, accommodating either 78 trays measuring 9" x 11" or 108 trays measuring 7" x 9" per cavity. With a temperature range of 90°F to 190°F, it ensures optimal food safety and quality. The adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control, while tamper-resistant controls enhance security. Constructed with thermal insulation and a durable 18-gauge stainless steel exterior, this cabinet is built to withstand rigorous use.
