Description
The FWE RH-10 Rethermalization & Holding Cabinet is designed for efficient food service operations. This electric, mobile unit accommodates up to (10) 18" x 26" trays or (20) 12" x 20" x 2.5" pans, with a 3" on-center adjustable configuration in 1-1/2" increments. It features dual-cycle automatic controls, allowing for precise heating up to 340°F and holding temperatures up to 190°F. The digital display ensures easy monitoring of settings. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is insulated for optimal temperature retention. It includes a flush-mounted door for easy access and is equipped with 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for enhanced mobility. The FWE RH-10 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
