Description
The FWE RH-18 Rethermalization & Holding Cabinet is an electric, mobile solution designed for efficient food service operations. It accommodates up to 18 trays or baskets measuring 18" x 26", or 36 pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", with adjustable spacing of 3" on center, configurable in 1-1/2" increments. This cabinet features dual-cycle, automatic controls for precise heating, reaching temperatures up to 340°F for rethermalization and maintaining holding temperatures up to 190°F. The digital display ensures easy monitoring of settings. Constructed from durable stainless steel and insulated for optimal performance, it includes two dutch doors for convenient access. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes. The FWE RH-18 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
