Description
The FWE RH-B-32-HO is a high-output rethermalization and holding cabinet designed for efficient meal preparation and service. This electric unit features a dual-cycle operation, ensuring optimal heating and holding capabilities. It includes fixed slides with 3-1/2" on-center spacing, accommodating up to 32 wire baskets (sold separately) measuring 13-1/2" x 26", or a total of 192 meal trays sized 8-1/2" x 6-1/2". The cabinet is equipped with standard controls that allow for a maximum temperature of 350°F, ensuring precise temperature management. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it offers both longevity and easy maintenance. The design includes two dutch doors for convenient access, and it meets cULus and UL EPH classification standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
