Description
The FWE RR-1220-22 Roll-In Oven Rack is designed for efficient rethermalization and holding of food. It accommodates up to 22 standard 12" x 20" pans (sold separately) with fixed slides for secure placement. The rack features a removable handle for easy maneuverability and is constructed from durable welded stainless steel for long-lasting performance. Equipped with 5" polyurethane swivel casters that include brakes, this rack ensures stability and ease of movement. It is UL EPH Classified and cULus certified, meeting high safety and sanitation standards.
