The FWE TS-1633-14 Heated Pizza Cabinet is designed for optimal food storage and presentation. This mobile unit accommodates up to 14 standard 16" pizza pans or 18" pizza boxes, with a capacity for seven 18" x 26" trays at 3" spacing. The innovative humi-temp heat system ensures consistent temperature and humidity control, while eye-level controls provide easy access and operation. Constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. It features one 18" x 26" shelf for additional storage and a single stainless steel door for easy access. The unit is equipped with four 2" swivel casters with brakes for mobility and stability.
