The innovative humi-temp heat system ensures consistent temperature control, while eye-level controls provide easy access and operation. Constructed with a durable 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, this cabinet is built to withstand the demands of a busy kitchen. It includes (3) adjustable 18" x 26" shelves for versatile storage options. Mobility is enhanced with (4) 5" casters, featuring (2) rigid and (2) swivel wheels with brakes for stability. The cabinet is UL, cULus, NSF, and IPX4 certified, ensuring safety and reliability in food service environments.
