Description
The FWE TS-1826-7-7 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. Featuring a split cavity with two insulated half doors, it utilizes a humi-temp heat system with eye-level controls for precise temperature management. The cabinet includes five pairs of universal tray slides per cavity, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments, accommodating various tray sizes including 18" x 26", 14" x 18", 12" x 20", and GN 1/1. The removable slides and uprights enhance versatility and ease of cleaning. Constructed with a durable stainless steel interior and exterior, it ensures longevity and hygiene. The cabinet is equipped with push bar handles on each end and a full perimeter bumper for added protection. Mobility is facilitated by five-inch casters, with two rigid and four swivel for easy maneuverability.
