Description
The FWE TST-16 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficiency and convenience in food service. Its slim-line design features 11 pairs of tray slides, accommodating either 11 full-size 18" x 26" trays or 11 half-size 12" x 20" pans, with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The cabinet utilizes a forced air heating system with an adjustable thermostat, ensuring optimal temperature control for your food items. The insulated cabinet includes a flush-mounted door for easy access and is equipped with recessed controls for a streamlined appearance. The durable stainless steel construction ensures longevity, while the push bar handles and wraparound bumper enhance mobility and protection. The unit is fitted with 5" casters, featuring two rigid and two swivel wheels with brakes for stability.
