Description
The FWE TST-20 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service. This slim-line unit features twelve pairs of tray slides, accommodating either twelve 18" x 26" or twelve 12" x 20" pans, with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The forced air heating system ensures even temperature distribution, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise control. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet includes two insulated, flush-mounted doors for optimal heat retention. Recessed controls enhance safety and ease of use. The design incorporates push bar handles and a wraparound bumper for mobility and protection. It is equipped with six casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—for easy maneuverability.
