Description
The FWE TST-7SL is a mobile heated holding cabinet designed for optimal food temperature maintenance. It accommodates up to four 18" x 26" sheet pans with a 5" on-center spacing. The top-mounted circulating heat system ensures even heat distribution, while electronic temperature controls allow for precise settings ranging from 90°F to 190°F. This cabinet includes two 18" x 26" shelves for versatile storage options. The field-reversible door features a magnetic workflow handle for easy access. Constructed with a durable 20-gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22-gauge stainless steel interior, it is built to withstand the rigors of a busy kitchen. The cabinet is equipped with 2" casters, all of which are braked for stability. Certified by cULus and UL EPH Classified, it meets high safety and sanitation standards, with an IPX4 rating for water resistance.
