Description
The FWE UHS-10 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. It features ten universal tray slides, accommodating either ten 18" x 26" trays or twenty 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable spacing at 4-1/2" on 1-1/2" increments. The Humi-temp heat and humidity system ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels, while the adjustable thermostat and individual controls provide precise management of conditions. Constructed with a fully insulated stainless steel interior and exterior, this cabinet includes a removable humidifier pan for easy maintenance. The flush-mounted door with an edgemount latch and push bar handles allows for convenient access. It is equipped with a wraparound bumper for added protection and mobility, featuring 5" casters—two rigid and two swivel with brakes—for easy maneuverability. The FWE UHS-10 meets NSF, cULus, UL, and IPX4 standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
