Description
The FWE UHS-20 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. It features 20 universal tray slides, accommodating either 20 full-size 18" x 26" trays or 40 half-size 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable spacing at 4-1/2" increments. The Humi-temp heat and humidity system ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels, while the adjustable thermostat and individual controls allow for precise settings. Constructed with a fully insulated stainless steel interior and exterior, this cabinet includes a removable humidifier pan for easy maintenance. The design features two flush-mounted doors with edgemount latches for secure closure, along with push bar handles for convenient mobility. The wraparound bumper protects against damage, and the unit is equipped with 6" casters—two rigid and four swivel—for easy maneuverability. Certified by NSF, cULus, UL, and rated IPX4, the FWE UHS-20 is built for durability and reliability in any food service environment.
