Description
The FWE UHS-5-5 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. It features a split cavity design with five universal tray slides per compartment, accommodating either five 18" x 26" trays or ten 12" x 20" pans. The adjustable slide spacing at 4-1/2" on 1-1/2" increments allows for versatile storage options. Equipped with a Humi-temp heat and humidity system, this cabinet maintains ideal temperature and moisture levels, ensuring food quality. The adjustable thermostat and separate controls for each compartment provide precise temperature management. Constructed with insulated stainless steel for durability, it includes a removable humidifier pan for easy maintenance. The cabinet features two flush-mounted doors with edgemount latches and push bar handles for convenient access. Mobility is enhanced with 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes, ensuring stability during transport. The FWE UHS-5-5 meets NSF, cULus, UL, and IPX4 standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
