Description
The FWE UHS-7-14 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food storage and service. It features 14 universal tray slides, accommodating either 14 full-size 18" x 26" trays or 28 half-size 12" x 20" pans, with a 4-1/2" on-center spacing adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The Humi-temp heat and humidity system ensures consistent temperature and moisture levels, while the adjustable thermostat and individual controls provide precise management of food conditions. Constructed with a stainless steel interior and exterior, this cabinet is both durable and easy to clean. It includes a removable humidifier pan for added convenience. The design features two flush-mounted doors with push bar handles and edgemount door latches for secure closure. A wraparound bumper protects the cabinet during transport, and it is equipped with 5" casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes—for easy mobility. The FWE UHS-7-14 meets NSF, cULus, UL, and IPX4 standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
