Description
The FWE UHST-10D-HO is a mobile heated cabinet designed for high-output performance and versatility. It features a slim-line design with ten universal tray slides, accommodating either ten 18" x 26" trays or twenty 12" x 20" pans, with adjustable spacing of 4-1/2" on center in 1-1/2" increments. The top-mounted forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, while the adjustable thermostat allows for precise temperature control ranging from 90°F to 240°F. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this cabinet is insulated for energy efficiency and features two Dutch doors for easy access. The push bars and wraparound bumper enhance mobility and protection. It is equipped with 5" casters, including two rigid and two swivel with brakes for stability. The FWE UHST-10D-HO meets UL, cUL, and NSF standards, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen setting.
