Description
The FWE UHST-18-B is a mobile heated holding transport cabinet designed for optimal food preservation and transport. It accommodates up to 18 standard 13" x 26" baskets or 9 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, arranged on 4" centers. The top-mounted circulating heat system ensures even temperature distribution, while electronic temperature controls allow for precise settings ranging from 90°F to 190°F. This cabinet features a field-reversible door with a magnetic latch for secure closure, and a durable 1-1/2" wraparound bumper to protect against impacts. Constructed with a robust 20 gauge stainless steel exterior and a 22 gauge stainless steel interior, it offers both durability and easy maintenance. Recessed hand grips and a rear tubular handle enhance mobility, while 5" casters (two with brakes) provide stability during transport. The unit is cULus, IPX4, and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
