Description
The FWE UHST-20 is a mobile heated cabinet designed for efficiency and versatility in food service environments. It features a slim-line design with the capacity to hold (20) 18" x 26" trays or (40) 12" x 20" pans, utilizing (20) universal tray slides spaced at 4-1/2" on center, adjustable in 1-1/2" increments. The top-mounted forced air heating system ensures even heat distribution, with an adjustable thermostat allowing for a temperature range of 90°F to 190°F. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the cabinet is insulated for optimal heat retention and features two flush-mounted doors with convenient push bars for easy access. The wraparound bumper protects against damage during transport, while the mobility is enhanced by six 6" casters—two rigid and four swivel with brakes for stability. The FWE UHST-20 is UL, cULus, and UL EPH Classified, with an IPX4 rating for water resistance, making it a reliable choice for any kitchen setting.
